Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

Securing pets and personal belongings

Sierra Exteriors, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed site conditions.

Warranty

Sierra Exteriors, LLC provides workmanship warranties as outlined in the applicable project agreement.

Manufacturer warranties for roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and related products are provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

Wind damage

Acts of nature
Improper use

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by third parties

Limitation of Liability
